Job Description

Schedule Management: Assist senior management in arranging meetings, managing calendars, and arranging domestic and international travel and transportation.

Communication Bridge: Serve as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders, filtering phone calls and emails to ensure accurate information delivery.

Document Processing: Compile data reports and establish efficient file management.

Project Follow-up: Track project progress across departments and assist in executing assigned tasks.

General Support: Assist with overall office maintenance.
