Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for leadership team
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external clients
  • Assist with document preparation, reports, and data entry
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Support project tracking and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Help coordinate events, meetings, and company initiatives
  • Perform general office administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent computer literacy combined with strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document proofreading
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous, especially in medical or dental settings
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and time management skills
  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
