Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations.

The primary responsibility of this role is handling incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments. The ideal candidate will be trained to understand the company structure and provide general administrative support to the office team.

This position also offers growth opportunities, as the candidate will gradually gain knowledge of our internal processes and our ERP system (GS) to provide broader support to the team over time.

Duties

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Provide administrative support to the office team
  • Assist with organizing documents and internal requests
  • Support daily office operations as needed
  • Help maintain an efficient and organized work environment

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office is a plus)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles
  • Prior administrative experience
