Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Handle front desk duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
  • Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong customer support skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is necessary for daily operations.
  • Experience in personal assistant roles or front desk management is advantageous.
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
