Glastender, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of bar and restaurant equipment, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant with advanced Microsoft Office skills and a passion for organization and precision. Your work will play a key role in supporting internal operations and maintaining high standards across the organization.
What You'll Do
In this part-time role, the Administrative Assistant provides advanced administrative support with a primary focus on creating, formatting, and controlling company documents, forms, and presentations. This role is responsible for ensuring documents are accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards. All work is performed in accordance with established procedures and standard practices. This position does not require Human Resources expertise. New employees are supported through a well-established, comprehensive training and onboarding program to ensure consistency, quality, and success.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent required Experience: Two to five years of advanced administrative or document management experience preferred
