Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day administration of our office. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and managing administrative systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers, and experienced in handling routine bookkeeping and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly invoicing for clients
  • Track incoming client payments and outgoing vendor payments following approval
  • Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital receipts for proper documentation
  • Update and manage expense-tracking reports using Excel spreadsheets
  • Maintain up-to-date business records, agreements, and documentation
  • Check, sort, and distribute incoming postal mail
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent recordkeeping and documentation skills
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
