Administrative Assistant

Part-Time Administrative AssistantSupporting Vice President of Operations
Multi-Family Housing Company 20–25 Hours per Week Spread Across 3–5 Days | Flexible Schedule. We are a small, privately owned multi-family housing company seeking a sharp, dependable Administrative Assistant to directly support our Vice President of Operations. This is a part-time role with meaningful responsibility, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay. We are looking for quality over quantity — someone efficient, organized, discreet, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize email correspondence
  • Calendar coordination and scheduling
  • Maintain digital files (leases, contracts, compliance documents)
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets and reports
  • Assist with invoice tracking and administrative bookkeeping tasks
  • Vendor communication and follow-up
  • General operational administrative support

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Punctual and reliable
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Clear written communication skills

Property management experience is a plus, but not required.
A college degree is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

  • 20–25 hours per week
  • Spread across 3–5 days
  • Hours and days will vary based on operational needs and travel schedule
  • Flexibility is required
  • A minimum of 20 hours per week will be paid regardless of workload

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly rate
  • Guaranteed minimum weekly pay (20 hours)
  • Higher compensation for the right candidate

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.46 - $29.45 per hour
