At PG Golf LLC, we know our greatest asset is our people. We are looking for a proactive, dedicated, and professional Warehouse Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are a company that values technical excellence, teamwork, and a commitment to success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide clerical support for warehouse and logistics management and supervisory staff.
2. Assist in coordinating inbound/outbound shipments.
3. Retrieves reports from the System.
4. Provide all necessary organizational support, such as typing, flow of correspondence, filing, faxing, etc.
5. Assist in the completion of inventory reports
6. Participating in the daily production meetings.
