<Job Summary>
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our office, managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and providing exceptional customer service. Your organizational skills and computer literacy will help keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.

<Duties>

• Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities with professionalism and warmth
• Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls and providing excellent customer support
• Manage calendar appointments, scheduling projects, and coordinating meetings
• Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and support basic office management functions
• Support team members with clerical tasks such as typing, proofreading, and organizing files

<Experience>

• Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry software
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
