Overview
Small Property Management Company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, typing leases, managing correspondence and assisting tenants. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing skills, strong computer skills, Microsoft excel a must, excellent organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office duties, including greeting tenant/visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, typing and proofreading leases, data entry, banking and filing
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and Word is essential
  • Handle tenant support inquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
  • Light bookkeeping, AR and AP, experience preferred
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory and general administrative support
  • Maintain organized filing system

Requirements

  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading documents and leases
  • Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and tenant relations; experience in property management preferred
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Knowledge of calendar management
  • Must have a car
