Over the years our firm has advocated on behalf of business owners and entrepreneurs providing them innovative, strategic and financial advice. Our firm was structured to be ideally responsive to companies operating in the middle market. We currently seek to employ an administrative assistant with the day to day duties in the firm. Duties of this job include:
Providing administrative support
Liaising with clients
Arranging meetings and appointments
Scheduling task to other staff
Managing benefits program
Onboarding new employees
Proposal review and coordinating frequent all staff business development meetings
Requirements of the job include:
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Associates degree required
Ability to multitask
Proficient writing skills
Communication skills with staff, vendors and clients
Attention to detail
Assuring office is supplied
Ability to work under little or no supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
