Administrative Assistant

Are you interested in working with a company, not for a company? We are a small business specializing in engineering solutions for the manufacturing industry for over 30 years. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our group as an Administrative Assistant starting in May, 2026. If you are interested in learning more, please apply!

Responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Being our clients first impression through phone, email and through the door.
  • Input and maintenance of our company software for quoting and billing.
  • Perform administrative duties such as emailing clients, setting schedules, managing mail, and assisting with special projects as assigned.
  • Additional office duties such as inventory, file organization, and documentation.

We would appreciate the following skills:

  • 3+ years in administrative role
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Client interaction skills by phone, email, and in person
  • Computer skills including the Microsoft Suite
  • Some accounting knowledge
  • Initiative to succeed with a small group of hard workers
  • Dependable and flexibility with various tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
