Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry and organizing documents

- Provide customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails.

- Assist with Human Resources and Business office functions.

- Serve as a clerk in a healthcare setting, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience in an administrative assistant role or similar position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training is a plus
