We are a local insulation contractor that provides full-service insulation services to our clients along the Emerald Coast. We offer a full range of insulation services to include Fiberglass and Spray Polyurethane Foam options.

We are seeking a dependable and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our insulation company. This role combines customer service, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth coordination between our office, sales team, and field crews. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Prepare and maintain conference room for meetings
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and job schedules
  • Assign incoming leads to sales representatives
  • Schedule jobs and coordinate calendars for field teams
  • Order materials for scheduled jobs
  • Send invoices after job completion
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Organize and file paperwork
  • Assist with general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous administrative, receptionist, or office experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers)
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

What We Offer:

  • Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
  • Full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM)
  • Paid Holidays
  • Paid Time Off
