We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support across executive administration and project coordination.
This role requires someone who can manage schedules, coordinate projects, Communicate with Clients, Internal Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain project documentation, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Track deadlines, dependencies, and follow-ups across multiple projects.
- Implement and maintain organized office and digital filing systems for projects and administrative tasks.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accountability across projects and operations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative support or project coordination, preferably in a fast-paced or high-level environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
