Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic reporting
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
