Refuge Memorial is a rapidly growing funeral pre-planning and insurance agency operating in 22 states.

We help families prepare ahead of time so their loved ones are protected from emotional and financial stress when the unexpected happens. We are modernizing a traditionally old-school industry — and we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and highly organized to support our client services team.

Position Overview

This is a part-time, in-office position based in Rancho Cucamonga — That will grow into full-time.

You will support our team by:

• Calling clients regarding past-due premiums
• Following up on initial premium returns
• Preparing and mailing client folders
• Organizing documents and internal records
• Eventually answering inbound calls from at-need families
• Eventually taking “first calls” from decedent survivors
• Supporting office operations and growth

This role will start part-time (3 days/week), with strong potential to grow into a full-time position as we continue expanding.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Thursday
• 8 hours per day (32 hours/week)
• $24 per hour
• In-office position (Rancho Cucamonga)
• Opportunity for full-time advancement

• Compassionate and calm when speaking with families
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable using basic software (email, CRM, spreadsheets)
• Able to handle sensitive conversations respectfully

Bonus if you have experience in:

• Customer service
• Insurance, financial services, or funeral industry
• Call center or collections follow-up
• Administrative support
