Administrative Assistant

Our company is looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to work full-time in our office. When guests arrive at the office, you will greet them and determine the reason for their visit. You will support our staff with clerical duties, including answering phones, making copies, and organizing files. When necessary, you will also input information into our database to ensure our electronic files are updated. We prefer candidates who have some administrative support experience, but we are willing to train the right person. Pay depends on experience.

Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet clients and office guests
  • Support office staff and executives with clerical tasks
  • Help customers with scaffolding purchases
  • Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate people or take detailed
  • Data entry of daily time sheets and tickets.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies; request repair or restocking when necessary

· Keep the office clean and always organized.

Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant a plus
  • Proficient in QuickBooks a plus
  • Notary certified a plus
  • Bilingual – English and Spanish
  • Able to multitask
  • Fast, proficient, and accurate typist
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and common office equipment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Self-starter who works well independently
  • Professional demeanor

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
