Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Flexible hours ideal for Mother’s Schedule. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. A successful Administrative Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Job Duties Include but are not limited to:

Collect information for clients to update the Excel database and maintain sharefile organization to identify clients with upcoming annual renewals.

Collaborate with office partners to make sure that annual renewals are completed in a timely manner.

Update sharefile as soon as information is received from clients and office partners.

Communicate with clients when annual renewals are approaching.

Greet walk-ins and answer the phones to route to appropriate agent.

Skills

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to details and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Base understanding of medical, dental, and vision insurance

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

SHIFT & SCHEDULE

Flexible hours 3-6 Hours per day.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.01 - $22.00 per hour
