We’re currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Houston office, located in Deer Park, TX . If you're a proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As the go-to person for office operations, you’ll keep things running smoothly and create a welcoming, organized workspace for both staff and visitors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the front desk point of contact – answering phones, greeting guests, and handling incoming/outgoing mail
• Providing administrative support across departments, including data entry, making field travel arrangements, AP processing, and maintaining confidential information
• Helping with employee events and celebrations
• Assisting with meeting prep, event logistics, and general office management tasks
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to connect with candidates who have:

• 3 or more years of administrative or office support experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Great organizational and time management abilities
• A professional, adaptable, and team-focused mindset

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in the construction or contracting industry
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
