Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Admin & Agent Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the real estate industry and strong knowledge of agent onboarding, property portals, client communication, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard and support real estate agents efficiently
  • Manage and update listings on Property Finder and other real estate portals
  • Handle daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel
  • Make outbound and follow-up calls to agents and clients
  • Coordinate with agents regarding documentation and listings
  • Ensure all property information is updated and accurate
  • Provide professional communication in English with clients and team members

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is mandatory
  • Experience using Property Finder and other property portals
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Confident in making calls and handling client communication
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market
  • CRM experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
