We are looking for a responsible Female Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting quotations, invoices, parforma invoices, delivery notes and other documents related to it.
- Handling ERP (creating sales order, invoices and closing jobs )
- Customer creation
- Collecting and keeping client's documents
- Quotation follow-up, payment follow-up
- Pettycash handling
- Attendance report
- Organizing meetings and sending minutes of meeting and other related reports to management
- Sales (seeking new inquiries accordingly)
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Recording and maintaining daily collection report
- Filing documents and maintaining databases (computer and manual)
- Sending regular reports to GM and accounts
- Day to day operations in office
- Vendor registration and related tasks
- Other administration duties
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
