Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Female Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting quotations, invoices, parforma invoices, delivery notes and other documents related to it.
  • Handling ERP (creating sales order, invoices and closing jobs )
  • Customer creation
  • Collecting and keeping client's documents
  • Quotation follow-up, payment follow-up
  • Pettycash handling
  • Attendance report
  • Organizing meetings and sending minutes of meeting and other related reports to management
  • Sales (seeking new inquiries accordingly)
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Recording and maintaining daily collection report
  • Filing documents and maintaining databases (computer and manual)
  • Sending regular reports to GM and accounts
  • Day to day operations in office
  • Vendor registration and related tasks
  • Other administration duties

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
