Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Adminsitrative Assistant to join our team to perform office and outside demands.
Requirements
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Onedrive, sharepoint).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Male candidates preferred.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Client Support
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival at the office.
- Open and manage client files; collect, scan, and organize documents.
- Answer calls, reply to emails, and follow up with clients.
- Prepare and send quotations to clients.
- Maintain master sheets and trackers.
- Coordinate with teams and the Accounts Department for payments.
- Handle sensitive document deliveries to government offices, banks, and clients.
- Support staff with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Knowledge of UAE zones required to support client logistics.
Office & Facilities Management
- Purchase and monitor pantry items, groceries, stationery, and IT materials, controlling excess consumption.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers (DEWA, chiller, gas, internet, and communications).
- Maintain and organize files, including employee and client documents
- Coordinate deliveries.
Driver Duties
- Arrange and provide transportation for employees attending client demands or locations visits.
- Drive VIP clients and company executives to and from airports, hotels, and other locations.
- Collect packages from the airport and other locations as needed.
- Ensure company vehicles are clean, fueled, and in excellent legal and working condition.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
