Job Title: Administrative Assistant (In‑Office Only)

Location: 210 11th Ave, New York, NY 10001

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 9am – 6pm | In‑Office Only

Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience

About the Studio

We are a fast-paced interior design studio based in New York City, working on high-end residential and commercial projects. Our team values organization, attention to detail, professionalism, and collaborative studio culture. We are seeking a dependable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations and help keep the studio running smoothly.

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will be a key in-office presence, responsible for supporting studio leadership and the design team with administrative, organizational, and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in being highly organized and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the first point of contact for the office, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls

· Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

· Maintain office organization, including supplies, files, and shared spaces

· Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping coordination

· Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation

· Support project-related administrative needs such as tracking deliveries, organizing samples, and coordinating with vendors

· Assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics when needed

· Maintain digital and physical filing systems

· Provide general administrative support to principals and design staff as needed

Qualifications

· 1–3+ years of administrative or office support experience (design, architecture, or creative industry experience a plus)

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with design-industry software is a plus

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Professional demeanor and comfort interacting with clients, vendors, and consultants

· Must be able to work in-office full time at our NYC location
