Responsibilities

Manage calendars, meetings, and daily schedules

Handle calls, emails, and office correspondence

Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical)

Assist with CV formatting and candidate coordination

Prepare trackers, reports, and documentation

Support in collecting documents, follow up with candidates, coordinate medicals, visas, tickets, and onboarding requirements

Liaise with internal teams for smooth deployment

Provide general office and admin support as needed
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
