Administrative Assistant – Partnerships & Outreach
Loop is a fast-growing lifestyle marketplace app in the UAE focused on buying and selling pre-loved fashion, kids items and home furniture. We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to support the business with partnerships, outreach and day-to-day admin tasks.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised, confident communicating professionally and excited to be part of a growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and source relevant businesses, brands and community contacts across the UAE
• Find and organise business contact details and email databases
• Send outreach emails for partnerships, collaborations and brand opportunities
• Support with partnership follow-ups and communication tracking
• Assist with administrative tasks and business operations
• Organise spreadsheets, CRM systems and outreach lists
• Support the founders with scheduling, coordination and general admin
• Help identify new partnership and growth opportunities for Loop
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Confident using spreadsheets, email and online research tools
• Professional written English
• Positive, proactive and eager-to-learn attitude
• Interest in startups, marketplaces or sustainability is a bonus
• UAE-based preferred
