We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain office files and records
  • Prepare reports and documents
  • Assist with office coordination and daily operations
  • Support management and staff as needed

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred (at least 2yrs)
  • Basic TALLY ERP knowledge
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
  • Can able to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month

  • Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
