ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Administrative Assistant serves as the primary receptionist and administrative support representative for Town Hall, providing exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and staff. This position performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties, including answering inquiries, maintaining records, preparing correspondence and reports, processing mail, supporting departmental operations, and assisting with records management and meeting preparation. The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, sttention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prioities while supporting the daily functions of Town government.
