Overview
We are a family owned home staging company located in Marietta looking for a part time administrative assistant. This individual will be responsible for providing essential support to our leadership team and ensuring seamless day to day operations. We are a family like team, have fun and are flexible. Ideally this person can work Monday-Friday 9am-1pm. Position can be from home but we have an office you can work from some days and will be required to come to team meetings.
Duties
- Creating and sending proposals for staging jobs.
- Scheduling staging jobs with clients.
- Invoicing clients.
- Keeping all of our platforms organized and correct for efficient day to day operations.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously via phone or email.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including basic bookkeeping and invoicing to support financial accuracy.
- Offer personal assistant support for executives or team members as required.
Experience
- Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative support roles.
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Familiarity with Dubsado platform a plus
- Demonstrated clerical experience including customer service, invoicing and scheduling
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner and problem solver
- Strong customer service skills with professional phone and email etiquette
- Knowledge of bookkeeping or basic accounting practices can be beneficial for supporting financial tasks.
- Exceptional time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
