Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Manufacturing Purchasing Clerk to support daily office operations and manufacturing purchasing activities. This role focuses heavily on administrative support, purchase order processing, recordkeeping, and additional office related duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to management as needed
- Create and process purchase orders for raw materials, parts, supplies, and equipment
- Track purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify purchase orders against invoices and packing slips
- Filing, scanning, data entry, and document management
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide general office support
- Support accounting and management with administrative tasks
- Ensure filing systems and office records remain organized and up to date
- Learn main office duties to cover plant main office admin logistics personnel as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 2 years + experience required
- Previous administrative, clerical, or purchasing experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience with administrative tasks, clerical duties, and ERP software
- Knowledge of inventory
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications
Work Environment
- Office setting with regular computer and phone use
- Manufacturing and office environment
- Communication with management and production staff as needed
- May require occasional warehouse or production floor interaction (very limited)
Compensation & Benefits
- $18/hr. + Pay based on experience

Regular Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7 AM to 3 PM
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
