Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives and project managers
-Procure materials and compare quotes to obtain best price available.
-Manage executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed
- Assist with expense tracking
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and execution
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, mailing, and filing
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
-Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced work environment.
Social Media experience is a plus, but not required.
Spanish speaking a plus, but not required.
