Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in our office environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors
- Maintain office filing and storage systems
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry and record maintenance
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed

Experience
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Experience with phone systems and handling calls professionally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is a plus
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
