Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, providing friendly and efficient customer service.
- Manage phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software.
- Support office management activities such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Handle clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and accounting software to support financial recordkeeping.
- Provide administrative support to various departments or executives as needed, including personal assistant duties when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical and administrative skills.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and front desk responsibilities.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively.
