Administrative Assistant

Overview
Luxe Kart is hiring a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling phone calls, scheduling, and coordinating reservations across multiple locations.

Schedule Requirements: Must be available to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The schedule will be set in advance. Our office is located at 2244 General Booth Blvd Virginia Beach, VA 23456. Ability to work remotely may be offered once training is complete, and so long as the employee and management feel confident doing so.

Duties

  • Answer incoming customer calls and emails
  • Assist customers with questions about rentals, locations, pricing, and policies
  • Book and manage reservations for multiple Luxe Kart locations
  • Create and organize daily delivery and pickup schedules
  • Coordinate with drivers and operations staff to ensure smooth deliveries
  • Update customer information and reservation details accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after rentals
  • Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner
  • Some driving required to bank, dmv, city halls, etc as needed. Mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and multitasking
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and scheduling experience required
  • Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, customer service, or dispatching is a plus
  • Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
