On-Call Assistant (Remote, Part-Time)

NoCo Tutoring & Enrichment is an established local small business seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. We work out of the Fort Collins, Windsor, and Loveland, Colorado areas and would need a candidate living in the northern Colorado area. This mainly remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with clarity and professionalism, has a positive and fun disposition, and is looking to grow with a dynamic and rapidly expanding company.

Schedule & Availability:

• Starting with 1-5 hours per week, depending on business needs. Potential for this to expand into a consistent, part time role.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle scheduling needs, communications, and quick problem-solving as issues arise
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations through excellent organization and follow-through
• Complete basic secretarial tasks: billing/enrollment support, class management (maintain and send rosters, manage class substitute coverage, etc.), simple website/automation tasks, etc.
