ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – PART TIME
JOB DESCRIPTION – The purpose of the Administrative Assistant position in the Property Management Division is to assist with the day‐to‐day functions of the property management department and the functions of the Property Management teams. The Administrative Assistant may be required to act as the liaison between the tenants and the Property Managers for certain property related issues.

QUALIFICATIONS : The ideal candidate will be a capable administrator whose employment history reflects experience associated with administrative functions. Candidate must also be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Word and Excel and be proficient in the use of the internet. Candidate must possess strong attention to detail; possessing the ability to learn new procedures quickly and be able to juggle multiple job functions. A strong background in customer service, some basic knowledge of building structures and experience in coordinating and scheduling are essential. Excellent communication skills are a necessity. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a property management office. Experience with AppFolio Property Management Software preferred. EEO Employer.
