Job Overview
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in data entry, and have a knack for customer support. You will be responsible for managing calendars, handling correspondence, and maintaining an organized office environment. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, answer phone calls and clerical duties
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and assisting clients
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events for the firm
  • Serve as the front desk representative, greeting visitors and managing incoming communications
  • Organize and scanning of files and maintain records for easy retrieval
  • Assembly of completed tax returns and financial statements
  • Assist with ordering supplies

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recent experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational, time management and PC skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, juggle priorities and deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in customer support or front desk operations is a plus
