Our growing national behavioral health treatment organization is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our corporate office. This position is ideal for someone with prior receptionist or administrative assistant experience who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys supporting a collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to corporate leadership and office staff
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and office coordination
- Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Coordinate office supplies, mail distribution, and general office operations
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar administrative role required
- Experience working in a healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and general office software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail and reliability
