Administrative Assistant

Our growing national behavioral health treatment organization is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our corporate office. This position is ideal for someone with prior receptionist or administrative assistant experience who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys supporting a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to corporate leadership and office staff
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and office coordination
  • Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate office supplies, mail distribution, and general office operations
  • Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar administrative role required
  • Experience working in a healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and general office software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and reliability

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
