Tails In The Air is seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Colleyville, Texas.

Tails In The Air is a professional pet relocation company specializing in domestic and international pet transportation. We help families safely move their beloved pets across the country and around the world. Our work is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and centered around providing outstanding care and service to both pets and their owners.

This is a full-time, salaried, in-office position. Remote work is not available.

What You'll Do

Manage and prioritize multiple administrative tasks simultaneously

Support daily operations and assist various departments as needed

Coordinate schedules, appointments, and communications

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Assist with customer communications and problem resolution

Handle time-sensitive situations with professionalism and urgency

Help identify and solve problems before they become bigger issues

Adapt to changing priorities and business needs

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in pet transportation, pet relocation, veterinary services, animal care, or pet shipping

Experience in logistics, scheduling, or operations support

Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
