Administrative Assistant

Our company is seeking a qualified on the phone customer service professional to coordinate sales appointments and data entry of exterior replacement windows, doors and vinyl siding.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone and Schedule sales appointments between the customer's schedule and design consultants schedules
  • Constant communication with our customers via phone, email, etc.
  • Data entry & record maintenance in our CRM program
  • Work with the office administrative coordinator & installation coordinator on a daily basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
