Overview
WI Harper Group is a venture capital firm headquartered in San Francisco. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations.
Location: San Francisco, CA 94111
Schedule: Approximately 24 hours per week
Compensation: $28-$33 per hour, depending on experience
Work Setting: In-person
Job Description
- Handle the office reception area including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, distributing mail, ordering supplies, and other office duties as assigned
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and make travel arrangements
- Process and reconcile expense reports, invoices, and other accounting-related documents
- Assist with accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, employee reimbursements, and vendor record maintenance
- Ensure office equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order
- Organize and coordinate company activities, meetings, and events
- Other office functions as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Two or more years of experience in office administration, executive support, or related roles
- Experience with accounts payable, bookkeeping, or administrative accounting support preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, professional, resourceful, and proactive
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus
