Sparco Investment LLC is a fast-growing firm based in Dubai, offering professional services in second citizenship, passport programs, and real estate investments. We are currently seeking a professional and bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and client service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally in Arabic and English
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, provide information, and ensure a welcoming office environment
- Help clients fill out forms, applications, and gather required documentation
- Perform accurate data entry, document management, and internal coordination
- Handle appointment scheduling and basic office organization
- Communicate effectively with government units and service partners when needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using email platforms (especially Gmail or Outlook)
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or front office roles
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
