JOB GOAL:
Provide direct administrative support to the Director, Executive Committee, and Policy Board and provide administrative office coordination.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs normal office routines and practice to include typing, spreadsheets, dictation/transcription, disseminating final reports, evaluations, correspondence, filing and setting up appointments as required by staff and mailed to appropriate personnel when requested.
- Maintains/processes all information relating to Association memberships and contracts.
- Prepare/Maintain information/reports for Executive Committee, Policy Board and standing committee meetings.
- Maintain all Association Handbooks/Manuals.
- Maintain Job Descriptions/Evaluation Plans/Interview material.
- Manage Association recruitment activities.
- Administrative Assistant support for TMCSEA Maintenance Department.
- Maintain TMCSEA Policies and Procedures.
- Manage Association’s inventory system.
- Manage Association’s website.
- Association’s Workers Compensation representative.
- Operate/Maintain all standard business equipment as necessary.
- Perform miscellaneous, general and specific duties as assigned.
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
