Job Description
The Administrative Assistant II provides advanced administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals. This role handles a wide range of administrative tasks, supports daily operations, and assists with special projects requiring information gathering, reporting, and analysis. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and the capability to handle confidential and sensitive information. This role may also support or mentor other administrative staff and assist with coordinating administrative projects.
Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including typing, filing, record keeping, and document preparation.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conferences and appointments.

Answer and direct phone calls and respond to routine inquiries.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and distribute materials as needed.

Maintain and organize electronic and physical records.

Order office supplies and manage inventory as required.

Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Support special administrative projects involving data collection, compilation, reporting, and basic analysis.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting other administrative staff as needed.

Identify administrative issues or inefficiencies and escalate or assist with resolution.

Provide customer service support to internal and external stakeholders.
Skills And Qualifications

Oil and gas experience required

Associates Degree required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience using email and scheduling systems.

Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Customer service experience.

Prior administrative or office support experience preferred.
Job Details
Pay: Up to $34/per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm, Hybrid Schedule
