Administrative Assistant [2026)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in 2026. This vital role to support daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and ensure a smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will bring energy, precision, and a proactive attitude to manage a variety of clerical duties, foster excellent customer support, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong office management skills, this position is perfect for you. This position has an average of 40-42 hours per week with NO WEEKENDS and PAID a minimum of 9 paid Holidays per year. The salary for this position is $28-30k per year.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
  • Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls accurately
  • Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using Microsoft Office
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring positive interactions at all times
  • Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence with attention to detail
  • Responsible for daily payment collections and balancing deposit

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old. Must have clean criminal history.
  • Proven office management and administrative experience in a professional setting
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Data Entry Accuracy, Ability to use software that's regularly updated
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Exceptional multi-line phone etiquette skills combined with strong interpersonal communication abilities
  • Personal assistant or office experience that showcases time management and customer service excellence
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, clerical procedures, and general office equipment

Pay: $28,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
