We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, providing comprehensive support to our team of artisans and management. This is an excellent opportunity for a meticulous individual to contribute to a prestigious company celebrated for its craftsmanship and design excellence.

Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior staff.
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling telephone and email enquiries with the utmost professionalism.
* Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
* Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
* Assist with basic bookkeeping duties, including processing invoices and tracking expenses.
* Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
* Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
* Liaise with suppliers and partners to coordinate project-related logistics.

Qualifications
* Proven experience working in an administrative, office assistant, or similar role.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a collaborative team player.
* A proactive and positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
* Experience in the design, architecture, or luxury goods sector is advantageous but not essential.
