Responsibilities:
- Compile, organize files for each deal we are acquiring

Follow up with sellers/brokers regarding additional items needed

Listen in on conference calls, take notes and assist with following up with appropriate parties on actionable items.

Review due diligence materials to make sure they are complete and organized properly

Organize existing companywide digital file system (t drive)

Manage a list of statuses of acquisitions for each deal and timing for various items

Maintain and manage all records/spreadsheets, databases, etc. and circulate updated closing dates to team as needed

Be the liaison between home office, transition team and filed staff for any properties we are acquiring to ensure a smooth transition

Coordinate and schedule onsite property inspection for owned sites and properties we have under contract.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher required

Detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage deadlines

Process-oriented, strong organization skills, and ability to prioritize tasks as needed

Ability to manage sensitive and critical information

Dedication to fostering an effective, collective, high-performing, and collegial work environment

Willing to collaborate as part of a team and support team, but also able to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to work with all levels of personnel

Demonstrated interpersonal skills are required
