Administrative Assistant / Administrator
Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate staff assignments.
- Maintain patient and administrative records.
- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence.
- Support billing, invoicing, and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate with healthcare staff and management.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
