Administrative Assistant / Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate staff assignments.
  • Maintain patient and administrative records.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and data entry tasks.
  • Coordinate with healthcare staff and management.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
