Duties
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Handle mail distribution, package receipt, and visitor sign-in procedures
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Support office management tasks
- Perform data entry and scanning of sensitive clients information
- Assist with bonds underwriting upon training
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, editing, and collaboration
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
- Support administrative projects by organizing files, maintaining records, and managing time-sensitive tasks efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office support or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Experience in insurance and bonds products is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; attention to detail in proofreading seisitive documents
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks using effective time management strategies
- Knowledge of data entry procedures, filing systems, and basic office management practices

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
