About the role
Aextech Inc.' is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Kuwait on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our aviation department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. What you'll be doing
- Manage calendars, schedules and travel arrangements for senior team members
- Coordinate and attend meetings, take detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow
What we're looking for
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, ideally within an aviation or fast-paced professional services environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive, flexible and collaborative attitude with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of aviation industry terminology and processes would be highly advantageous
